The Chocolate Lily and a Greener Future

Old World architecture and community values are not the only things we think worth preserving. The chocolate lily is a perfect example. In cooperation with Chris Murphy of Green Square Sustainable Landscaping, Troika Developments transplanted thousands of chocolate lily plants before construction began, nurturing the indigenous flora until they could be safely re-integrated into the West Harbour village. While the vision for West Harbour is entirely new, our commitment to the Okanagan environment runs deep.
